How do I book an appointment?

    

Appointments can be book on line through our website or IG or by phone call/text 905-407-5580.

Yes, you will get notification of your appointment with the option of confirmation, reschedule or cancelation through text or email.

 

​What is the cancellation policy?

             

We have 24 hour cancelation policy.  Cancelation in less then 24 hrs will result in 25% charge for the booked appointment.

What are the methods of payment available?

 

We accept cash and debit. Visa and Master Card are available as well but additional charge applies.

All services and retail are subject to HST.

 

Is there parking?​

 

Yes, there is a visitors parking in the complex as well as parking on the main street.

 

​When should I arrive for my appointment?

 

Please arrive promptly for your appointment.  Late arrival will result in shortening of your appointment, or it may need to be rescheduled for a later date.​

Do you sell gift certificates?

 

Yes, they can be purchased online or in person. Gift cards expire one year from the purchase date. Skin Luxe Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and can not be redeemed for cash.

What is your Covid-19 protocol?

 

Mask is required at all times while you in the spa except while performing a facial.  If you forget a mask, one will be available for you. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance as well as in other areas of the spa for your convenience. You will be required to fill in and sign the covid-19 questionnaire and liability form before any services can be performed. We are committed to keeping the spa a safe environment for all of our guests and we take extreme measures to keep the place and equipment sanitary at all times with medical grade sanitary products.
